It's summer time and the weather is warm in the Minor Leagues. Maybe that's why Sunday was marked by big swings and big performances with hitters around the Minors standing out for what they did at the dish.

Carson Williams, SS, Durham (TB No. 1/MLB No. 21)
Williams homered twice en route to a career-high seven RBIs for Triple-A Durham. He socked three-run homers in the fourth and fifth innings and added a run-scoring single in the seventh. Both homers were crushed, registering at 107.7 mph and 104.6 mph in exit velocity respectively, per Statcast. Maybe it is a sign of things to come for the highly touted 21-year-old, who is hitting only .197 with a .690 OPS in his first run at Triple-A but has been putting up some impressive power numbers. Braden Montgomery, OF, Winston-Salem (CWS No. 4/MLB No. 35)
The 22-year-old Montgomery, acquired in the Garret Crochet deal, keeps doing exciting things at High-A. The latest was a career-high four-hit performance in which he doubled, drove in two runs and scored another. The No. 12 overall pick from last year's Draft, Montgomery got off on a tear in his pro debut, then slumped in May. He's back in the swing of things it seems, hitting .320 in June.

Charlie Condon, 1B, Spokane (COL No. 1/MLB No. 24)
It's been 2 1/2 weeks since Condon returned to High-A, and last year's No. 3 overall pick hasn't stopped hitting. His latest was a three-hit effort -- the second of his career -- and led to a career-high three runs scored for the slugging corner bat. It boosted Condon's already-strong numbers at Spokane, where he is batting .339 with a .998 OPS in 18 games. Gameday
Chandler Simpson, OF, Durham (TB No. 7)
The Minors' fastest player was an absolute menace out of the leadoff spot, going 5-for-5 with a stolen base and a run scored in his best game since returning to Triple-A earlier this week. The five hits were a career high for Simpson, who is batting .323 with 11 steals in 22 games at Durham this season. Gameday
Thomas Harrington, Indianapolis, RHP (PIT No. 3/MLB No. 80)
Harrington may not have had his best swing-and-miss stuff but was effective nonetheless, posting zeros at Triple-A in his second six-inning start of the week. He struck out three and allowed only four baserunners on two hits and two walks. It marked his first start of more than two innings in which he did not allow a run this year. Gameday
Dante Nori, OF, Clearwater (PHI No. 6)
The Thrashers won a slugfest at Single-A with help from Nori, who matched a professional best with four hits and set a career high with five RBIs. The 2024 first-rounder rapped singles in each of his first four at-bats, driving in runs on the first three. He also walked and stole a base. Gameday
Carson DeMartini, 3B, Jersey Shore (PHI No. 15)
The '24 fourth-rounder enjoyed his first multihomer game as a pro, socking a solo shot in the first and adding a two-run long ball in the fifth. The 22-year-old has been having a fine first half at High-A, hitting .286 with eight homers, 18 steals and an .876 OPS. Gameday
Roc Riggio, 2B, Somerset (NYY No. 24)
The 2023 fourth-rounder is on a tear at Double-A. Riggio homered twice, giving him big flies in three straight games and four total during that stretch. He also collected three hits and drove in three runs from the leadoff spot, and the 22-year-old is hitting .318 with a 1.227 OPS for the Patriots. Gameday
Peter Heubeck, RHP, Tulsa (LAD No. 25)
The 22-year-old righty struck out a season-high nine across six scoreless innings at Double-A. Heubeck is running an 11 2/3-inning scoreless streak dating back to June 3, and the '22 third-round pick has posted a 16-4 strikeout-to-walk ratio in that span. Gameday
Will Taylor, RF, Bradenton (unranked)
The unranked Pirates prospect parlayed his first career multihomer game into a seven-RBI performance, also a career high. The 2024 fifth-rounder also doubled, walked and scored three runs, and he is batting a robust .333 with a .993 OPS for the Single-A Marauders. Gameday
